Job Description
This role will be accountable for: - Growing our commercial card vertical as a business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability - Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company - Identify opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners - Forming alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings - Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners. - Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectations.
Skills Required
Past experience in building and expanding commercial cards product for banks - Strong sales and marketing skills - Ability to network and forge alliances - Sharp industry insights and a go-getter attitude - Ability to work in teams - Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement
Desired Candidate Profile
Seeking individual with prior hands on experience in building commercial cards business in India. - UG/PG in any specialisation.
