Role Description:
A. CRO Head
- Administratively manage the CRO of Sudan, establish local network and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
B. Key Account Manager
- Assist and support KAM/SSM in daily work and privacy including calendar monitoring and safety aspects consideration.
- Ensures customer exceeds Sales Budget
- Establish high customer intimacy; through thorough understanding of growers & channel needs; supporting customers to increase demand for the company
Qualifications:
- 5 years sales management / marketing experience
- Key account management skills; strong understanding of customer needs, structure and business drivers
- Understanding of competitive environment
- 5 years management of a small to medium organization
