Job Objective(s)

• To provide critical thought leadership in accelerating digital competencies within the Bank Digital Lab, with oversight responsibility for the execution of relevant initiatives within the Bank’s overall digital banking strategy.
• Responsible for deploying superior digital customer experience within and across the online and mobile banking platforms while also ensuring the rules of the scrum process and other rules that the team has agreed upon are adhered to. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify new digital product/service opportunities.
• Manage the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
• Facilitate team creativity to improve the efficiency of the development team
• Assist the product teams to make the product ready for the next sprint
• Educate/Enforce agreed upon processes & methodology rules
• Increase opportunities by originating new ideas for the lab to work on and also coordinate third-party engagements (FinTechs, other (local and international) digital hubs, as well as the Nigerian technology ecosystem)
• As part of the organisation’s information security requirements, maintain the security of all information entrusted and comply with the principles and policies in the information security handbook.

Job Requirements

Education

• First Degree in related discipline preferably finance and e-Commerce

Experience

• Minimum experience – Over 10 years’ experience in finance, strategy and/or digital experience with at least 7 – 8 years in Senior Management
