For our client – a multinational market-leading provider of alternative investments and corporate services – specializing in corporate, treasury, fund, infrastructural, and debt administration services for multinational organizations, private equity houses, international fund structures, and real estate firms, we are searching for a Technical support specialist (L1/L2) for their newly opened office in Sofia.
Rotating shifts: 1 week Day shifts, 1 week Night shifts
Day shift: 10 A.M. – 7 P.M (EET)
Night shift: 6 P.M. – 1 A.M. (EET)
Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all offices (onsite and remote)
- Configure hardware and software
- Creation/maintenance of user accounts, password resets, drive mappings, etc.
- Provided L1 and L2 level support and escalate to the appropriate Partners
- Act as a liaison between the internal systems and the clients (Resellers, Integrators, Telecommunications, Telephony and Equipment Vendors)
- Maintain the company’s assets and the ITSM tool
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Incident Management Process
- Provide basic training to the employees on the most common applications
- International travel can be required a few times per year
Desired experience, skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and automation
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, MS Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, etc.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Able to assist via e-mail, phone and other electronic communication channels
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in helpdesk, operating or support functions
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Studies in the IT area or equivalent
- Excellent English (both oral and written) – level B2 as a minimum
