- Design & deliver business strategy for international business in line with short term & long-term business plan
- Identify business development opportunities with Key accounts in exports market in collaboration with Product Manager & distributor’s network
- Establish Dealer/ distributor network in new geographies & increase business with existing distributors
- Develop marketing strategy for international market (Participate in International exhibitions & Seminars, product positioning at distributors) with expected ROI
- Sales forecasting & Product Pricing in assigned territories, develop monitoring mechanism plan vs actual with respect to sales, receipts, intake margins, stock turnover etc.
- Establish market intelligence, product offering in international market for future business opportunities/ Plan.
- Maintain the reports like margin report, Early Warning Sales Report, COGS report etc., and study them & informing of the gaps between the actual achievements & the projections.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for dispatch against plan timely revenue receipts from international business.
- Establish mechanism for monitoring customer satisfaction Index. Release customer satisfaction score at defined intervals
- Submission of statutory compliance to respective agencies
- Develop Competent & engaged workforce in exports function in line with organization framework
Experience:
- 15 years’ experience in international sales in cutting tools, industrial consumable industry
- Exposure to work with international channel partners (distributors)
- Exposure towards statutory requirements to operate in international business
- Exposure to SAP (or equivalent) is essential
