Hiring for the role of Head Finance 

Location: Lucknow

Qualification: CA 

Experience : 15- 20 Years

NOTE: Preference from FMCG/ Consumer Goods/ Agriculture

Roles: 

• To formulate strategic and tactical business plans and track actual vs. planned business figures
• To direct a fair and objective forecasts on the commercial budgets of the retail and wholesale division by preparing commercial price lists and monitor intra-company price lists and monitoring profit margin targets.
• To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, existing systems and workflows.
• To establish proper internal controls to provide assurance as for the (a) reliability of revenues, cost of goods and profit margin (b) effectiveness and efficiency of work flows and (c) compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• To implement rules and regulations for pricing, profit margin and sales target for all the stores in the state.
• To evaluate feasibility and profitability of business plans proposed by various divisions.
• To establish controls to prevent cost overruns, protect store assets, prevent losses and ensure reliable MIS.
• To analyze and evaluate business initiatives for financial viability.
• To benchmark business parameters (Cost, pricing, media spending, financial structure) and report differences observed.
• To develop ,configure and implement business processes and systems to enable billing and maintenance of records.
• To monitor and fulfillment of statutory compliance.
• Finalization of Profit/Loss account and Balance sheet.
• Ensure development of people by training, coaching and mentoring to achieve the required competency  levels and better productivity
