Looking for a highly experienced AGM / GM - Human Resources to drive and manage the entire HR function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end
recruitment, talent acquisition, and managing the complete HR gamut in the real estate industry. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for leadership, technical, and operational roles.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Establish a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Design and implement HR policies and best practices aligned with business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and laws.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Develop and Lead L&D Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously refine the organization's learning, training, and development strategy aligned to business goals.
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations to build targeted programs.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets for all training and development activities.
- Measurement and ROI: Define metrics and KPIs to track training effectiveness and 4impact on individual and organizational performance.
Desired Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in human resources, (also with 5 years experience in T&D)
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, training & development, and HR leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Marathi (with the ability to read fluently), along with English and Hindi, is essential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to drive culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
