Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the stakeholders and the leadership team to design and implement HR strategy in line with the Business strategy.
• Driving critical aspects such as Culture management, Employee grievance management, employee engagement, employee safety, employee branding, employee insurance and health.
• Develop Team Building Programs, write personal manuals, Corporate Policies, Job Descriptions, Skip Level Meetings, Career Counselling & Management Reports
• Developing People Capability for future readiness, Leadership Development etc.
• Integrate corporate values, key performance indicators and desired corporate behaviours with business strategies to ensure positive cultural attributes and build the culture of high performance
• Set up best-in-class talent management and HR policies
• Work closely on organization design, leadership hiring, workforce recruiting strategy, compensation planning, and various other essential facets
• Competency Mapping and restructuring for better fitment and resource Optimization
• Compliance issues related to Employee Misappropriation and Fraudulent cases in coordination with the Internal Legal Team
• Brand Management Training & Development
• Work on deals for employees (0 interest loans)
• Buying deals for employees (0 interest loans)

Training & Skill Development

• Training Need Identification (TNI)
• End-to-end responsibility of entire skill development lifecycle for Business

PMS

• Planning for performance improvement in key KPI’s with substantial cost saving and in line with business requirements
• Performance Measurement & Competency (PMS)
• Aligning PMS policy in line with Business
• KRA/ Goal Settings of employee (Top- Down approach) in line with Business
