Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the stakeholders and the leadership team to design and implement HR strategy in line with the Business strategy.
- Driving critical aspects such as Culture management, Employee grievance management, employee engagement, employee safety, employee branding, employee insurance and health.
- Develop Team Building Programs, write personal manuals, Corporate Policies, Job Descriptions, Skip Level Meetings, Career Counselling & Management Reports
- Developing People Capability for future readiness, Leadership Development etc.
- Integrate corporate values, key performance indicators and desired corporate behaviours with business strategies to ensure positive cultural attributes and build the culture of high performance
- Set up best-in-class talent management and HR policies
- Work closely on organization design, leadership hiring, workforce recruiting strategy, compensation planning, and various other essential facets
- Competency Mapping and restructuring for better fitment and resource Optimization
- Compliance issues related to Employee Misappropriation and Fraudulent cases in coordination with the Internal Legal Team
- Brand Management Training & Development
- Work on deals for employees (0 interest loans)
- Buying deals for employees (0 interest loans)
Training & Skill Development
- Training Need Identification (TNI)
- End-to-end responsibility of entire skill development lifecycle for Business
PMS
- Planning for performance improvement in key KPI’s with substantial cost saving and in line with business requirements
- Performance Measurement & Competency (PMS)
- Aligning PMS policy in line with Business
- KRA/ Goal Settings of employee (Top- Down approach) in line with Business
