Lead HR team of 3-5 members of a multi-site organization and to drive HR interventions and ensure that all business objectives are achieved
Design HR policies & processes that are aligned to the needs of different stakeholders. Review policies from time to time to ensure they are relevant and in line with the industry best practices
Drive specific change and organization development initiatives within the business (org restructuring/simplification, designing and facilitating strategic planning processes, organization and leadership team development).
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
Conceptualize and drive timely implementation of performance management processes across Business Units. Ensure quality of Goal Setting, Annual Review processes & Moderation Process.
Responsible for designing annual salary increments proposals, promotions and variable pay concept note and guidelines in line with compensation philosophy defined for the year and ensure effective communication on the same
Responsible for Leadership development and the succession planning, build capability of the Business teams.
Drive the organizations culture/engagement survey; and develop implementation strategies to narrow the gap between the desired and actual culture.
As part of the senior management team you will also be jointly responsible for contributing towards the achievement of the Company’s strategic and operational targets and overall business aims in line with Annual Plan/Long Range Plan.
Build and maintain current and future capability of employees and the organisation through talent development thus ensuring availability of a leadership pipeline for the organisation and planned development initiatives for the employee
Coordinate with regional peers & corporate and work in close coordination in implementing HR projects.
Build good relationships and keep adequate communication with all levels of employees.
Qualification: MBA(HR and IR)
Budget-45- 50 lacs/annum
