Key Responsibilities: -
Create and drive business growth strategies.
Develop a business plan, with short term and long-term revenue goals with the help of the Strategy & Transformation team.
Clearly define the focus areas for the business.
Manage the overall operations and resources of the organization.
Liaison with various industry experts to understand the best practices and norms.
Design and drive the different processes for the business; (settlement, claims, buying).
Establish the various insurance practices along with the existing standard systems and processes.
Ensure proper documentation and other legal requirements are met in order to procure licenses for the different insurance practice areas.
Liaising directly with insurers and underwriters to get the best deals for the company.
Research insurance policies and products; negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers.
Ensure that insurance cover is arranged for clients with the insurance provider.
Providing day to day support to the reporting team.
Support in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization.
Promote Quality & Innovative Thinking and action among team members.
Promote Value based leadership.
Support & build an Employee & Customer Centric organization
