Qualification: Full time B Tech/M Tech (IT/CS), preferably with MBA from a reputed Institute. with minimum 20 yrs of experience .

Lead a offshore Software Development Centre consisting of agile team.

• Lead the technology team including the development team, data team, QA and DevOps team.

• Define a technology roadmap with organization business goals envisioning the tech stack required to scale the business with a long-term technology vision.

• Own the technology strategy to support business growth, new launches, and development of features development while mitigating project risk.

• Ensure standards are followed and appropriate Software engineering processes are applied.

• Be a technical mentor to the team by managing and reviewing the technical contribution of Engineers by creating training material and by upscaling the team members.

• Build and foster a growth mindset culture in the team.

• Ensure quality gates at development center using optimal tools & infrastructure.

Required Experience:

1. Among the total exp of 20+ yrs., at least 15 years of professional software development experience including experience in managing technical teams. ( MUST )

3. Experienced in Real time system & integrating with complex Mechanical/electronics subsystems.

4. Software test Automation and delivering ROI.

5. Excellent in overall communications and creating architecture diagrams and independently run client meetings and provide direction to team.

6. Experience working with DevOps/CI/CD pipeline and containerize application using Docker/Kubernetes will be an added advantage.

7. Experienced in backend, frontend, infrastructure, architecture, scalability, server-side engineering, UI and all other technical aspects of the product in line with the company s strategy.

Technical Skills: -

1. Technology stack: .NET and C# as backend and NodeJS or React.JS or Angular.JS as a front end.

2. Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Mongo DB Database

3. Mobility: Android /IOS

4. OS Platform: Unix/Linux (Ubuntu) / Windows
