The purpose of this role is to lead and manage manufacturing function at a strategic locations namely Jhagadia, Gujrat near Surat & Bharuch. The role would need to manage efficiency of manufacturing in terms of costs and resource utilisation; effective and timely implementation of continuous improvement projects & programs; proactively work on key technical challenges related to product manufacturing leveraging digital and technical resources; nurture leadership team and create a progressive and inclusive work environment; and liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to manufacturing operations
