Job Description

Develop strategic roadmap to drive MEP, Quality and Maintenance
Drive Assembly & Fabrication MEP Strategy for the Site
Strategize and plan improvements in all related manufacturing processes related to Products, Equipment, & Manpower
Plan and ensure installation & commissioning of Equipment
Drive Robotic Cells, Welding Fixtures, Line balancing, Cycle Time study
Process mapping & Line Study for new models
Conversant with Toyota Production System
Accountable for the development of Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling for Fabrication Shop
Expansion of Process & Method Engineering footprint. Enhance & Improve the Material Flow and Reduce Handling in Shop
Drive improvement projects related to Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilities.
Lead Process / Technology Change initiatives. Increasing productivity
Layout Changes and Modifications to ensure High Productive Platform
Development of Quality Strategy, Management Process & Quality Organization Structure
Supplier QMS Assessment and Key Interface with Purchase Team
Deployment of relevant SDE Structure & Receipt Inspection Infrastructure
Production System Assessment & Quality Function Deployment
Plan and drive site TPM roadmap for the site
Ensure maintenance activities are carried out as per plan and budget
Plan & ensure execution of maintenance of shop machines as per schedule
Design Digital Dashboards for analysis and taking appropriate decisions
