developing strong, collaborative relationships with the sales team
Monitor and evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives to ensure optimal allocation of investments.
Own & manages the marketing budget and expense targets.
Initiate and develop strong business relationships with key customers and influencers to develop existing business.
Responsible for leading, managing, coaching, and developing a competent and committed Medical Aesthetic marketing team. Actively pursues the development and growth of the marketing team.
As a SMP AA leadership team member, play a critical role in setting the direction of the AA business, engaging employees, achieving financial goals, and maintaining the highest standard of compliance.
Geographic scope is to travel across Pan India. But role is based in Bengaluru, India.
