Responsibilities : 

• Carries out daily patient rounds within their clinical areas to assess nursing care, and patient satisfaction 
• Demonstrates "hands on" clinical skills specific to area of practice and other job assignments as required
• Planning and forecasting staffing requirements and make changes to ensure effective deliverance of services. 
• respond to patient and family concerns and consult with other involved services as required.
• Lead the nursing team and ensure that each patient has an identified and appropriate named nurse who is suitably qualified.
• Participates fully with the Director of Nursing in the design and implementation of a Nursing Department strategic plan and operational plans aligned to hospital strategic.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of science in Nursing from an accredited National / International university college
• Valid nursing license from country of origin required.
• Valid professional license from commission for Health Specialties.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS (Preferable).
• Minimum 2 Years’ Experience as a Head Nurse.
• Excellent in English & Communication Skills.
