Role Summary: The Head of Accounts will lead the accounts department and oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and financial compliance for the company. This critical leadership role in the finance division requires an experienced accounting professional with expertise in the automotive industry.

                       Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute accounting policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems to comply with automotive industry regulations and accounting standards
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process including reconciliations and journal entries
• Manage general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• Coordinate audits and provide supporting documentation as needed
• Analyse financial reports to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for business improvement
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including cash flow, collections, and payments
• Comply with tax regulations and file timely tax returns
• Manage accounting/finance team members including goal-setting, training, and career development
• Develop and implement automation and improvements for accounting systems and processes
• Sales invoices for proof of vehicle sales and charges.
• Inventory reports to track stock levels and prices.
• Records of all business-related expenses.
• Bank statements and regular reconciliations for accuracy.
• IRS forms related to payroll, sales, and income taxes.

                      Skills and Experience:

• Strong automobile industry experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong leadership abilities and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities and High proficiency in MS Excel.
