Job Description:
The Head of Advertising will spearhead our advertising efforts, implementing agile methodologies and aggressive strategies to ensure campaigns are impactful and align with both internal and external objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the agency from operations, P&L and business development angles.
- Develop and execute forward-thinking advertising strategies that enhance brand engagement and market share.
- Lead and inspire a team of advertising professionals, nurturing creativity and innovation.
- Oversee marketing communications, event planning, and public relations initiatives.
- Maintain and expand client relationships through exceptional campaign management and strategic insights.
- Continuously analyze market trends to adapt and refine advertising tactics.
- Manage both above-the-line (mass media) and below-the-line (direct marketing) advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive leadership experience in an advertising agency setting.
- Proven expertise in marketing communications, events, and public relations.
- Strong track record of adopting agile methodologies in campaign management.
- Dynamic and aggressive approach to business challenges.
- Background in the automotive/ telecom / FMCG/ is an advantage.
