Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Technical Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
• Solid understanding of OT cybersecurity principles (IEC 62443 or similar).
• Proven involvement in AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Python, or Azure-based data platforms is highly valued.
Leadership & Mindset
• Strong analytical capability with a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to operate comfortably between plant floor realities and executive-level discussions.
• Fluency in Greek; strong command of English for technical documentation, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have
• Experience integrating OT systems with SAP PM, MES, or ERP platforms.
• Professional certifications in OT security, project management, or industrial analytics.
• Deep understanding of heavy steel or metals production processes.
