Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, an Head of Bespoke Design (VP).

Location: Beijing, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Research high-end custom models , and formulate customized types and regions of products;

▪ Responsible for outputting high-end requirements to products, formulating ideas for different versions, and outputting versioning strategies;

▪ Responsible for formulating the company's high-end product customization process;

▪ Empower the styling, interior, creativity and implementation of custom products, and provide support for subsequent marketing and user operations.

Qualifications:

▪ Ability to design high-end customized products, more than 15 years styling design experience in high end brand design;

▪ Possess the ability to discover product highlights and transform user needs, and can customize product design according to user needs;

▪ With complete product design experience, and successfully launched in the market;

▪ Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent organizational skills, and excellent psychological quality.
