• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote company’s licensing and packages, including devising rates, packages, and licensing processes to attract businesses to the UAE.
• Provide comprehensive advice and support to clients interested in setting up their businesses in the UAE, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to devise and execute effective marketing campaigns across various platforms, including radio, outdoor, social media, events, and advertising, to promote our services and increase brand visibility.
• Lead and manage the Sales, Renewals, and Concierge departments, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the organization.
• Develop revenue modules and strategies to maximize revenue generation for the organization, identifying opportunities to increase our client base and enhance profitability.
