- Title / Designation: Head of Consultative Sales – IAM Services
- Location: United States
- Salary: 270 K USD
Role & responsibilities:
- Own US IAM revenue, driving pipeline, bookings, margins, and quota attainment.
- Define and execute IAM GTM strategy aligned with global cybersecurity and regional growth priorities.
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand strategic BFSI and enterprise accounts.
- Engage CISO/CXO stakeholders to position IAM as a risk mitigation and business enabler.
- Close large, complex IAM deals including RFPs, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
- Lead IAM portfolio GTM across IGA, PAM, CIAM, Cloud IAM, Zero Trust, and Managed Services.
- Build strategic partnerships with IAM OEMs and hyperscalers.
- Build and scale a high-performing IAM sales team with strong performance metrics.
- Strengthen market presence via thought leadership, analysts, and executive forums.
- Align with delivery, marketing, finance, and legal to drive scalable, profitable growth.
Candidate requirements:
- 20+ years in IT services or cybersecurity consulting with strong focus on IAM sales and services.
- Proven success selling IAM solutions in the US across enterprise, BFSI, healthcare, and retail.
- Track record of new logo wins, account growth, and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Executive-level engagement with CISOs, CIOs, security, and compliance leaders.
- Strong expertise in IAM, Zero Trust, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in global delivery models (onsite–offshore).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial leader with experience scaling high-growth services businesses.
