Job Summary
The Head of Content is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the content strategy and driving the production of high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms. This position plays a critical part in enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement through innovative storytelling and effective communication. The ideal candidate will lead a team of creatives, ensuring that all content aligns with the organization’s vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports marketing goals and enhances brand awareness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in content development or content marketing, with a proven track record of producing high-impact content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team and leading projects from conception to execution.
- Familiarity with content management systems and SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeted content strategies.
