HEAD OF CONTROLLING

The role:

In this position you will be able to implement your ideas and knowledge and drive in controlling strategy in all company's locations – Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire controlling processes and organization. They will collaborate with the CFO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong finance background and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage all aspects of the controlling functions of the company in Bulgaria and subsidiaries in Romania and Ukraine
• Run and facilitate strategic financial planning, annual budget and regular forecasting and scenario planning with the leadership team
• Lead business controlling, analyze key business drivers and report and KPI’s;
• Manage target costing and pricing models
• Play key role in development and implementation and assessment of various projects and process optimization initiatives;
• Ensure operational efficiency program execution and follow-up;
• Continually enhance reporting and analytical areas using industry benchmarks, market and group best practices;

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an executive level finance role;
• Entrepreneurial drive;
• Sound IFRS knowledge;
• Strong Leadership, decision making and communication skills;
• Аbility to think strategically, plan, analyze;
• Аttention to detail; reliability;
• Readiness to learn and grow within the company;
• Significant experience leading the controlling function of a technology-driven organization

Educational background

• Relevant economical/financial academic and business education, incl. certifications;

Language & IT

• Mandatory: Fluent in Bulgarian and English
• Good skills in MS Office
• ERP knowledge
