Responsibilities:
Team.
- Responsible for leading the brand communications team in continually enhancing a particular brand image.
- Ensuring all team members provide delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement.
Strategy.
- Enhancement of Digital and Online Communication Strategy by utilizing website, digital and social media and email campaign, SEO/SEM etc, producing a Yearly Commercial Calendar Plan, liaising with Management about marketing related issues, at the same time cultivating a positive working relation with them.
- Strategy development in the field of Marketing and Market Research, Public Relations and Sponsorship projects, Brand Marketing of the company.
- Lead the development of an integrated marketing communications strategy for product categories, cross-category corporate projects, business products and services, the development and implementation of promotion plans across all communication channels.
- Responsible for creating and implementing a long-term Communication Strategy.
Brand.
- Increasing brand awareness through advertisements, media, point-of sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing.
- Developing a strong brand name and image.
- Acting as the brand’s spokesperson with media relations, formulating and implementing public relations strategies, selecting and managing communications with external agencies, as well as developing media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities.
- In charge of providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
Product.
- Lead Marketing support for new product launches, coordination of all promotion activities, including ATL, BTL and online campaigns, PR, special events, promotion at points of sale, marketing materials, promotions.
Sales.
- Ensure the participation of the department in drawing up long-term and current plans for products sales, identifying new sales markets and new consumers of products.
Communication.
- Build long-term relationships with business partners: agencies, service providers, leaders of Kazakhstan multimedia services market.
- Working with marketing agencies at all stages, from drawing up a brief to analyzing performance. Quality control, meeting deadlines, as well as compliance with company, brand and product category standards.
- Cooperation and information exchange with other departments, with other groups of the corporate marketing department, as well as with the head office. Marketing support for regional divisions of the company.
Budget.
- Manage the marketing budget for products categories, corporate marketing budget, ensuring its effectiveness to achieve the set goals.
Market.
- Implement market/consumer research for consumer insights, consumer segmentation, competitive intelligence, industry trend and development.
Requirements:
- Ability to enable data-driven decision and show a deep interest and comfort working with ROI.
- Highly collaborative works with internal product marketing departments and external consumer insight organizations.
- Strong Communication skills both in verbal and written form.
- Strong Analytical Skills to develop consumer and market information and insights through analysis of raw information and data leading to informed decision-making and ultimately, increased sales volume, enhanced consumer acquisition and retention, and profit-per-unit.
- Preferably vast skill and knowledge in CRM systems and databases.
- At least 7 years working experience in a marketing capacity, conducting online marketing, and/or preferably brand marketing in a fast-paced and extremely competitive environment.
- Successful experience in launching and driving brand marketing campaigns that have built momentum for a brand’s awareness and consumer acquisition.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
