The head of credit risk is the custodian of the company’s exposure on all asset products. Directly reports to the MD and to the company’s credit risk committee, the credit risk director is fully accountable for maximizing the risk/reward proposition, minimize the NCL, and closely monitor collection efforts and the portfolio performance.  

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in credit risk/consumer risk, preferably in banks or fintech companies. 
• Strong leadership and analytical skills should be evident and demonstrated in previous roles. 
• Credit business understanding and the ability to structure products in a way that minimizes risk and maximizing profitability.
• Computer Literacy (Credit scoring, loans monitoring, collection monitoring applications)
