Hiring for a Head of Delivery for a high-end Digital Engineering, AI / ML and IT Services start-up.

Role & responsibilities:
- Steer technology delivery across Delivery Centres / Practice CoEs, fine-tuning and / or establishing delivery / program management policies, processes, tools, learning, automation, MIS, reporting and other allied areas
- Work closely with stakeholders in SBUs (Strategic Business Units) / Practices, to gear up the delivery organisation to be future-ready, in terms of capabilities, capacity and competencies
- Leverage own credibility, technology expertise and business acumen on top of team delivery excellence to sustain and improve client trust, confidence and satisfaction, leading to wider and deeper engagements
- Ideate on, socialize and encourage adoption of delivery accelerators
- Collaborate with HR and other teams in areas like capacity planning, utilization, career planning and other people & culture core areas
Candidate requirements:
- About 15 years of experience in core application / software engineering with about 5+ years’ recent experience in leadership positions
- Proven delivery / program management skills
- Proven experience in building 2 or more Practices, from a delivery scale-up standpoint
- Demonstrable record of high customer satisfaction all through delivery leadership experience
- Ability to balance big picture vision with strong attention to granular detail
- Experience of scaling delivery from scratch up to 500+ headcount – highly preferable
