Key Roles and Responsibilities:

❖ To be responsible for Designing & Project planning and architectural project management, developing architectural calculations, design drawings and project specification as per the cost and timelines.

❖ To review and seal final project plans, architectural drawings and record as required.

❖ To plan and schedule the architectural activities of the project from inception until the end so that it meets all the specifications of design, quality and Client / Management requirements.

❖ To co-ordinate with the concerned Architects, Consultants and other professionals for the viability of the design.

❖ To make drafts, layouts and design the site plan, and make scaled drawings of the project.

❖ To resolve problems that may occur while constructing the building.

❖ To carry out other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

❖ Responsible for managing his/her team by enforcing design policies and procedure.

❖ Design & Project planning.

❖ Design co-ordination with various Consultants and Agencies.

❖ Planning for Business Development feasibility studies.
