Hiring a Head of Digital Marketing for a specialist high-end analytics service provider.

Role details:
- Title / Role: Head of Digital Marketing (VP/AVP)
- Reporting Manager: CEO
- Location: Bangaluru/ Chennai/ Mumbai/ NCR
Role & responsibilities:
- Own and Deliver demand generation revenue targets to support CRO
- Set the budget every quarter for marketing spend with VP of Finance and COO
- Support account and partner events in US and India by organizing customer/channel field
- events and participating in partner events and conferences
- Manage individual creative content writers to produce content and distribute content via
- channels.
- Manage and hire team for managing web front end, perform SEO, and manage social media
- activities (LinkedIn)
- Manage and hire PR agency to maintain a regular PR and Media activities
- Work with CEO and GoToMarket lead to develop marketing strategy for the firm
- Support Talent Acquisition with brand awareness to assist in hiring
- Focus on community development to broaden the brand reach among technology professionals
- Gather and understand feedback from customers and channel them to product and design
- teams
- Build KPI for weekly reporting to show impacts from the marketing department
- Lead product launches with creative campaigns across channels
- Understand current SEO/PR/SEM/Affiliate channels and then improve on metrics and impacts
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement
Candidate requirements:
- 18+ years of relevant experience
- Should have experience in brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing
- Should Create effective marketing plans based on quantifiable results
- Should have experience managing a team
- Should be a reliable point of contact between various offices across the globe
