Role & responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and build CXO-level relationships across Capital Markets
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline creation, MEDDICC-based qualification, and deal closure
- Close large, complex deals ($5M–$25M+ TCV)
- Sell solutions across Cloud, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners (AWS, Microsoft, GCP) to grow business
- Identify opportunities through market insights and lead consultative, value-based discussions
Candidate requirements:
- 10–15+ years of enterprise sales / client partner experience within Capital Markets (IB, AM, Wealth, Trading, etc.).
- Proven track record in new logo acquisition (hunter mindset).
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and technology solutions.
- Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder deals with high deal values.
