Head of e-Commerce
The purpose of the role
As an Head of e-Commerce, your main mission is to help take their DTC (Direct-to-consumer) brands to the next level by taking the lead in managing the e-commerce channel from content displays to generate leads as you continuously develop and manage specific traffic action plans and roadmaps. You will work closely with the Sales Director and the Marketing Director.
The Head of e-Commerce oversees the development, implementation, coordination, and forecasting of the sales strategy for the online sales channel, aiming to grow it and achieve the objectives set by the company's management with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and optimizing online sales channel, including monitoring KPIs and allocated budget.
- Developing and implementing online sales strategies together with the leadership team.
- Establishing pricing policies and customer loyalty strategies in accordance with company policies.
- Expanding online presence through developing the online store and other marketplace platforms.
- Managing promotion proposals and implementing specific software solutions.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of sales plans and the implementation of annual strategies.
- Developing and presenting periodic reports for sales and marketing directors.
- Monitoring and adjusting performance indicators specific to online sales.
- Involvement in the recruitment and selection process of new team members.
- Identifying training needs and proposing development programs for the sales team.
- Personal development of team members through coaching and regular performance evaluation.
Profile:
- Higher education - minimum bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of implementing commercial policies, implementing online promotion campaigns, and budget management.
- Experience in creating and implementing social marketing and social networking strategies.
- Knowledge of online promotion methods (PPC: Google Ads, Youtube, Facebook Ads, etc.) and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Experience in analyzing, managing, and optimizing websites and online accounts.
- Category B driving license.
- Availability for occasional travel to trade fairs/seminars, networking meetings, etc.
