Our client, a reputed Holding group into Building Material / Industrial portfolio is looking to hire a Senior Manager Finance / Head of Finance for a business vertical with 10+ companies. Big4 + CA, To expedite, share CV at [email protected]

Must Have (Candidate with below must have will be interviewed):

• Big4 experience
• CA, CPA, CFA
• Investment /Divestment experience
• Feasibility Study
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience, 5+ years in a managerial role

Responsibility:

1. Participate in discussions for divestment of Group Companies and preparation of Projected Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash flow and other reports
2. Participate as an invitee in Board and Audit Committee meetings at sub-holding level and also attend meetings for other subsidiaries.
3. Maintain continuous communication with heads of finance departments at subsidiary companies and provide guidance on various issues
4. Overview the accounting and treasury activities.
5. Manage relationship with internal auditors and ensure compliance with their recommendations
6. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts to ensure availability of funds to meet obligations across subsidiarie
7. Responsible for preparing the Consolidated Audited Financial Statements.
8. Ensure Tax compliances, Reviewing forecast and monitoring
9. Manage banking relationships and negotiate with bankers in coordination with corporate finance team on key funding lines across subsidiaries
10. Participate in review of feasibility studies and new investment prospects.
11. Review of financial performance.Prepare Consolidation of subsidiaries results and monthly financial reporting to the management.
12. Prepare presentation and follow up report and prepare presentation for Sub-holding Audit Committee meetings.
