Role Summary:

• The role will report to the Business Head and work closely with the function heads to provide insight into the financial decision-making process in the business through analysis, financial projections (planning, budgeting and forecasting) and reporting. The role will aim to bring scalable financial control on operations and support to develop unique and flexible Pricing Models
• The scope will include operational responsibilities such as day-to-day financial planning and analysis, resource allocation, risk management, and strategic responsibilities such as longer-term strategic planning and transformation projects

Key Responsibilties

• Establish financial strategy and KPI’s that support business goals on revenue and growth
• Responsible for Financial budgeting and forecasting for the business
• Drive efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting
• Analyze data to guide financial decisions by playing a strategic role in maximizing return and limiting risk on cash
• Prepare Management Reporting which is accurate, timely and consistent, and clearly communicates the key messages and trends to the business
• Ensure compliance with all tax requirements and authorities and optimize tax strategies
• Reviews processes and systems in the light of business requirements and identifies changes that are necessary to control the risks and/or improve efficiency and effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required for the role

• CA or MBA – Finance from a Tier-1 Institute
• 8 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 4 years experience in FP&A and in leadership roles
• Experience in tech startups is essential
