Responsibilities

• Spearhead financial affairs of the group with focus on Business Development, Analysis of Business Plans, Feasibility studies and various projects.
• Manages the accounting, finance and reporting functions of the Group.
• Oversee and managing a team of 10 accountants and assists them in day today accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Preparing financial models as part of requesting facilities and loans from the banks.
• Structure the centralized finance function for the Group.
• Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
• Develop individuals to be motivated and take responsibility for their contributions to the team.
• Building relationships with the Banks for Acquisitions on new business.
• Consolidation of group companies
• Budgeting and forecasting for Group.

Minimum Requirement

• Qualified CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA/ACA is a must.
• 10-15 overall experience with 6+ years managerial experience in the finance function working at the Group level in the UAE market is a must.
