Our client , a global leader in internet B2B services,  enabling next-generation, cloud-based, international mobile services, is looking for Head of HR France , senior manager to design and build whole HR function in the new legal entity in France in close partnership with HR Centers of Excellence , global HR team,  to support business expansion in France.

Keys Responsibilities of the Position
a senior HR manager to create/manage HR function in France . This role is expected to lead a team to design and create HR functions, to implement rules and regulations comply with French labor law as well as the company Group’s regulations and operate whole HR processes.
In close partnership with the company HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Global Total Rewards, HR Delivery  & shared services, Global Talent Management and Inclusion, Employee Relations) as well as global HR team, this role will lead to support the company business expansion in France.

Candidate Profile – Experience and Qualifications

10-15 years of experiences in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, organizations,  HR practices based on French labor law, culture is required.
Team management experience of at least 5 years would be highly evaluated.
Experiences to design and create total HR functions from scratch in France, also in start-ups, IT industry, Telecom industry would be positively considered
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent -Fluent English
Person with a motivation for business travels, across France (Paris-Montpellier) and abroad.
