Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of organization strategies;
• Managing HR operations (recruiting, selecting, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, maintaining compensation & benefits package);
• Lead Annual Performance Management System: Goals Setting, Performance Evaluation, Competencies Assessment process, 360 Degree Assessment; Employee Satisfaction Survey;
• Develop Recognition and Reward Systems;
• Social and Corporate Employees events;
• Support to management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications;
• Organizing Coaching, Training and Adaptation;
• Execution of Annual Promotion;
• Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organization values.
