We are currently assisting our client, a luxury real estate player providing immigration programs, based on the real estate investments.
Main products – international immigration programs, based on the real estate investments, donation or financial independency:
1. Caribbean and Vanuatu passport programs
2. Golden Visa programs of Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain
3. Residence permit for financial independent individuals (France and Italy)
Target clientele: HNI - Russians and other counties’ residents of Dubai, citizens of African and Middle East countries, 35-70 y.o.
Main responsibilities:
• Organization of the working process of the office in order to fulfill the general sales plan, including training of brokers, distribution of leads, control over their processing, assistance in closing deals by brokers of the immigration products
• Managing the team of three brokers, communication with Head Office management, IT and Marketing team.
• Development of new immigration products designed for various international markets
• Personal work with clients – consultations, resolving compliance issues, agreement signing
• Extension of the relations with existing partners, establishing relations with the new partners and introducers
• Implementation of CRM system and monitoring its use by brokers
• Participation in webinars, conferences, clients and partners events, exhibitions, presentations of the company services and other marketing activities
• Participation in development of business and sales plans
Requirements:
• Fluent Russian and English languages, Arabic will be also the advantage
• a degree from a reputable university
• proven track record in immigration programs sales
• managerial experience not less than 3 years
• excellent communication skills
