Job Summary:

The HIT will be responsible for driving digital transformation, IT strategy, and technology management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data management, and IT infrastructure.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology investments.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years as a CIO or IT Director.
• Expertise in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and digital strategy.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.
