We are looking to hire a suitably qualified and well experienced Head of Internal Audit for a large and highly reputable lubricant company in KSA.

Location - Jeddah

Experience - 12-15 years

Requirements

The Head of Internal Audit must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and influence effectively throughout the businesses, at all levels in the organization and with staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Personal integrity and professionalism are key to maintain an independent attitude and delivering quality audits.

Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to identify cause-effect relationships, patterns, implications of data, and be able to integrate pieces into a meaningful whole.

The ability to provide insight on risk management to provide assurance needs to be linked with the curiosity to question and understand an area or process bringing in prior experiences to make sound judgements.

Completion of externally recognized qualifications (such as CPA, ACA etc.,) is required.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of Internal Audit including at least 4 years in a managerial role

Fluency in English is required. Arabic is preferred.

Work Life Balance considerations- It’s a regional organization, and this position might involve significant travel from base location to locations in which company operates. This could be up to 30-40% per annum.
