• Manage the activities of the internal control and audit group;

• Participate in the inventory of assets and control over the timeliness of its implementation in the manner prescribed by law;
• Monitor plans to eliminate deficiencies and violations identified during the audits;

- implementation of procedures related to the financial and economic activities of the Company, analyze the results of these activities;
- observance of financial discipline in the Company and implementation of decisions of management bodies;
• Examination of concluded business contracts for their compliance with the requirements of the legislation;
