Role & responsibilities:

• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4 HANA systems.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance operations.
• Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks to safeguard digital assets and minimize risks.
• Establish and maintain effective Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional IT teams to build internal capability and foster innovation.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and Board members to present IT strategies, roadmaps, and risk assessments.
• Engage with key business stakeholders to drive technology-enabled process improvements and innovation.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the Manufacturing sector, IT Consulting in Manufacturing sector(Preferably from the Automobile or Auto Components industry).
• B.E / B.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Proven experience in formulating and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals
• Strong background in digital transformation, including AI, automation, and advanced analytics
• In-depth experience with SAP S/4 HANA – implementation, integration, and optimization
• Skilled in managing enterprise IT infrastructure for scalability, performance, and security
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
• Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
• Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership skills to build and lead high-performing IT teams
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with C-level executives and Board members
