What you’ll do:
• Strategic Development: Create an L&D strategy that aligns with organizational goals, industry trends, and future skill needs
• Program Design and Delivery: Develop and implement learning programs covering onboarding, skill development, and technical training
• Needs Analysis and Planning: Conduct learning needs assessments and support the creation of an annual L&D plan
• Stakeholder Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives and foster a learning culture
• Culture Promotion: Encourage continuous learning, self-directed growth, and knowledge sharing
• Manager Support: Train and coach managers to develop their teams and address performance issues
• Compliance Training: Enhance compliance knowledge through onboarding and refresher sessions in collaboration with Compliance Business Partner/Nominated Signatories
• Monitoring and Implementation: Support in first-line monitoring to identify compliance issues proactively and work with relevant BU/Function for remedial actions as deemed fit
• Event Standards: Ensure regional scientific events meet high standards, reflecting the organization's mission
• Ethical Practices: Promote a Culture of Ethics & Transparency and a Sustainability mindset only applications in KSA will be considered.

Essential Capabilities:
• L&D experience is a “Must” (at least 3 years)
• Previous compliance experience is preferred
• Consistent performance track record
• In-depth knowledge of capabilities building best practices, learning and development principles, and industry trends
• Demonstrated success in implementing impactful capabilities building programs and innovative onboarding tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and embed a culture of continuous learning
• Proficiency in navigating through ambiguity and working effectively in a matrix organization
• Ability to drive innovation within the organization by leveraging digitalization, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and adaptation
