Job Summary:
Provide commercial and corporate legal advice and support to the company's Senior Leadership Team.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in international law firms, in addition to the in-house experience in multinational companies - preferably in a regulated industry- is a strong plus.
- Expertise in managing commercial legal matters.
- Excellence in managing litigation and investigations.
- Experience in managing corporate risk.
- Business Acumen.
