Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer for the Oil and Gas Industry and the Construction Sector.

For their growing operations, they are searching for a ‘Head of Maintenance Departments’ to join their factory based outside of Attica.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring production and leading all maintenance processes.
• Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
• Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
• Managing the critical and strategic spare parts and technical materials and ensuring the optimization of spare parts stock levels to ensure availability.
• Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for the maintenance department.
• Developing a training skill matrix for maintenance people and ensuring a development plan aligned with the company’s targets.
• Ensuring that all technical employees adhere to the HSE policies and procedures.
• Supporting the Procurement Department in the technical evaluation process for equipment, spare parts, and services suppliers.
• Managing technical changes according to company policies.
• Preparing progress reports, communicating financial figures, scheduling, and key facts.
• Ensuring operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair when needed.
• Negotiating contracts with outside vendors for the execution of maintenance work
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers, and other service providers. 

Your profile:

• Strong educational background in Electrical (preferably) or Mechanical Engineering (Polytechnic School is a must).
• More than 10 years of experience in a Plant Manufacturing setup in the Heavy Industry, is a must.
• Strongly experienced in Project Management principles and Maintenance Management Methodologies.
• Almost native English skills.
