We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function across our consumer product and service lines. This role requires a deep understanding of FMCG dynamics, consumer behavior, brand positioning, and omni-channel marketing strategies.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive brand equity, customer acquisition, product visibility, and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Own the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, trade, and consumer marketing.

Lead annual planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.

Develop brand positioning strategies for multiple SKUs and service categories.

Ensure consistency across packaging, in-store visibility, ATL/BTL promotions, and product launches.

Lead consumer insights and market research to refine messaging and targeting.
???? Digital & Performance Marketing

Oversee all digital channels: social media, SEO/SEM, performance ads, content, and CRM.

Drive ROI-focused campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Manage agency partnerships, martech tools, and marketing automation platforms.
???? Trade Marketing & Sales Enablement

Collaborate with sales to develop retailer-level strategies, POS materials, and promotions.

Execute regionally customized BTL campaigns and activations.

Measure and optimize channel-specific performance and market share.

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team (brand, digital, research, and trade).

Requirements

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in FMCG, consumer products, or service-based businesses.

Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, consumer insights, and go-to-market execution.

Strong understanding of P&L impact, pricing, and portfolio management.

Experience working with modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.

Hands-on with marketing analytics, CRM, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
