The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing and brand strategy to strengthen market presence, drive qualified leads, and support sales objectives across all real estate projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, creativity, and a deep understanding of real estate marketing dynamics.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to align with the company’s business goals and project objectives. Define and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies across all platforms. Work closely with senior management to support new project launches, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Marketing Planning & Execution
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event channels to maximize visibility and lead generation. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, sales collateral, and project presentations. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints and media. Drive innovative campaigns leveraging social media, content marketing, influencer engagement, and experiential marketing.Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising. Manage lead generation strategies, analytics, and conversion tracking to optimize marketing ROI. Implement data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement.Market Research & Insights
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Conduct research and analysis to support product positioning, pricing strategy, and marketing campaigns. Provide market intelligence and recommendations to the leadership team.Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across various functions (digital, design, events, PR, and communications). Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely and effective execution. Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within real estate development, property, or luxury sectors
- Proven track record in brand building, campaign management, and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytical tools, and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
