Our client, a Diversified Conglomerate is looking to hire a Director Marketing / Head of Marketing position to spear head the Marketing function. Pref to candidate from diverse industry background or Group Holding, To expedite, share CV at [email protected]
Note: Position only open to candidate with 15+years of diversified group experience, preferential background in Manufacturing, Real Estate, FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, IT OR Holding group background.
Responsibility:
- Deliver group level marketing operations and digital strategy across diverse industries & Sectors focused on strong purpose-driven value propositions, products and services.
- Centralising and transforming marketing across the group
- Develop an effective data, customer, and brand architecture, through innovative marketing, growth and positioning strategies.
- Managing a team of Senior Marketing professionals.
- Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Highly commercial and able to capitalize on the latest trends and innovations.
- In-depth strategic planning experience, able to effectively collaborate with leadership teams to develop mid to long terms strategic insights and objectives for the organization.
- Experience in managing budget and P&L
- Oversees setting of robust objectives – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound
- Ensure ROI for each campaign, review learnings and possible insights to keep the marketing plan updated with new insights.
- Assess the brand strategy (awareness, positioning and strategy) and develop plans accordingly to grow the brands.
- Translate the marketing strategy into focused operational action plans / projects to achieve or exceed the business objectives.
- Ensure ongoing brand awareness and positive perception of the brand and its offering to diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Spearhead the marketing campaigns and programs of assigned portfolio locally, regionally, and internationally with the ultimate aim of developing a recognised brand that resonates with its target audience.
- Customer focused and Result-oriented
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR or communications
- 15 years+ of experience in marketing with clear, objective, measurable evidence accomplishing exemplary return on marketing investment.
- Previous experience with diverse industries and/or large real estate developer operating in Commercial Property Management and/or Industrial Leasing preferred
- Financially savvy- can build, control, and negotiate budgets.
