We are looking for a visionary Head of Mobile Engineering to drive the development and scaling of our next-gen mobile applications. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment and is passionate about using technology to make a nationwide impact.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of mobile engineers, defining the mobile technology roadmap, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality across the board. As a Flutter and Dart expert with experience in native iOS and Android development, you’ll bring deep technical knowledge and leadership to deliver seamless, user-first mobile experiences.

Your work will span across mobile architecture, CI/CD pipelines, mobile security, backend integrations (RESTful APIs, GraphQL), and close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams. You’ll also be expected to champion best practices in agile development and contribute to a culture of innovation and autonomy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and scale a high-performing mobile engineering team.

• Own the mobile app roadmap and technical strategy.

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Flutter-based mobile applications.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams.

• Implement best practices in testing, CI/CD, performance tuning, and security.

• Stay on top of mobile tech trends and bring innovative solutions to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in mobile development, including 5+ years in Flutter.

• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

• Strong command over Flutter, Dart, iOS & Android.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, mobile security, and automated testing.

• Excellent communication, team-building, and leadership skills.

Bonus If You Have:

• Backend experience (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, etc.).

• Understanding of UX/UI design and agile methodologies.

• Exposure to AI/ML, AR/VR, or blockchain in mobile applications.
