Our client is a prominent company in the Legal Services Industry, looking for an experienced Head for their Operations.

The role is responsible for managing a team of more than 120 employees, in 4 different departments, each one of them managed by a Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and coordinate project teams, to deliver and ensure quality and timeframe throughout the project
• Define scope and expected deliverables, decision processes and determine success metrics
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
• Monitor risks proactively, drive prioritization, balance business needs versus constraints, and take mitigation actions and contingency planning
• Manage Budget focusing on value for money and customer satisfaction
• Propose goals and KPI’s for operational excellence in execution
• Work with top management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
• Work with senior stakeholders
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

Your Profile:

• Strong academic background from a reputable university.
• 7+ years in Operations Management roles.
• Strong track record in managing big and diverse teams.
• Previous experience in a Management Consulting company will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent client-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
