Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy: Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine operational processes across various departments, including but not limited to, supply chain management, logistics, customer support, and project management.
3. Resource Management: Lead resource planning efforts, including human resources, budget allocation, and technology infrastructure. Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.
4. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, ensuring that team members are aligned with company values and goals.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational efforts with overall business objectives.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions for process optimization.
8. Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading operations in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of startup culture, its challenges, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
