We're hiring for "The First Manufacturing Shared Services Center" in Egypt that pertains to one of the big International companies!
We're looking for an Head of O2C to handle the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish Invoice to Cash service delivery objectives by planning and managing teams’ activities as required.
- Supervise and guide teams to achieve overall division objectives while enabling staff to reach their full potential.
- Develop and manage strong relations with stakeholders.
- Establish effective internal control measurement aligned with corporate and Finance internal control procedures.
- Ensure that monthly staff rebate, salary deduction and customer/channel partner (Staff) complaints are addressed within agreed SLA.
- Monitor and approve AR system Manual Invoice process, billing system adjustment postings and AR debtors schedules preparation.
- Oversee activities related to all receivables management including receipt application are as per polices and procedures.
- Perform reviews to confirm partners credit limit are applied with revisions and approvals received for temporary or permanent changes.
- Ensure that the channel partner commission are processed as per policy and agreed SLA.
- Ensure all month-end or periodic activities are performed as per calendar and accounting adjustment (write-off/write-back etc.) are performed timely in accordance with accounting policies.
- Coordinate with Sales and other Departments to effectively address billing and customer/ channel partner concerns/ issues.
- Review and ensure that only the authentic goodwill cases are approved.
- Identify, prioritize and implement various improvement initiatives to lead Invoice to Cash team through sustainable change.
- Conduct regular reviews with the teams and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded by the team.
- Review escalations and prepare mitigation plans, serving as a primary point of contact for escalation.
Key requirements:
- 12 to 15 years of experience.
- Shared Services Center experience is a MUST
- Fluent English
- SAP user is a MUST
- People management experience
- Excellent communication & leadership competencies
- Problem solving mindset
- High level of agility
- Ability to establish the function from scratch
- A leader who can set a strategy & ensure its implementation
